Conscripts who pass first exam to doctoral studies to get three-month draft deferment

The law 'On military duty and military service' of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been amended.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev signed a law in this regard.
In line with the amendment, conscripts who successfully pass the first exam for admission to doctoral studies will be granted a three-month draft deferment.
