First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army, Colonel General Karim Valiyev, participated in the meeting of the Committee of Chiefs of Staff of the CIS member states' Armed Forces held in Minsk, Belarus, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Defense.
