Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry hosts meeting with Afghan delegation

Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Kerim Veliyev, has met with a delegation led by the National Security Advisor of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Hamdullah Mohib, who is on a visit to our country, Report states, citing Defense Ministry.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for military cooperation, including strengthening friendly relations between the Armed Forces of the two countries.
Lieutenant General Veliyev informed the Afghan delegation in detail about the situation related to the region's security, the victory of the Azerbaijan Army in the Patriotic War and its counter-offensive operation.
