Azerbaijan to prosecute those using information without citing - EXCLUSIVE

The new draft law adopted in Azerbaijan envisages measures against media outlets that regularly use the information of news agencies without citing.
According to Report, according to the bill "On Media," those who regularly use the information of news agencies without reference, not considering the copyright, bear responsibility under the relevant legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The draft law states that the news agency is free to defend its rights established by law.
