"The glorious Azerbaijani Army has liberated Yukhari Veysalli, Yukhari Seyidahmadli, Gorgan, Uchunju Mahmudlu, Gajar, Divanalilar of Fuzuli, Yukhari Mazra, Yanarhaj of Jabrayil, Gazyan, Balasoltanli, Mardanli of Gubadli, and Beshdali village of Zangilan."
