Turkish, Russian FMs discuss situation in Karabakh

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation, Report says, citing CNNTurk.
The ministers discussed the situation with the armed conflict on the contact line between the Azerbaijani and Armenian troops.
The last phone conversation between Cavusoglu and Lavrov took place on September 27.
