Saakashvili: Karabakh is Azerbaijan and it will not change

"My position is based on the principle of territorial integrity, so, Nagorno-Karabakh is the sovereign territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and nothing will change it," former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili said on his Facebook page.

"Of course, the displaced people have to return to their homes. "They have the right to live in peace, and this right must be protected," he emphasized.
