Prosecutor-General and Kamaladdin Heydarov arrive at scene in Ganja

Prosecutor-General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev and Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov have arrived in Ganja, which was re-fired by the Armenian armed forces.
State officials are at the scene in Ganja, Report says.
Notably, the Armenian armed forces fired rockets at Ganja, the second-largest city in Azerbaijan, entirely outside the combat zone at 01:00 tonight. As a result, missiles hit homes, destroying them and leaving residents in ruins. More than 40 injured people and 13 bodies were removed under the rubble.
