"Since the signing of the statement, there has been only one ceasefire violation. According to our information, it was committed by a 'group of volunteers' who are not under the control of the Armenian leadership, but in fact by militants," Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State held through video conferencing.
"I would also like to note that wprls are underway to establish a joint Russian-Turkish Monitoring Center in the Aghdam region. It is also reflected in the statement. The center will monitor the situation," the head of state emphasized.
