OSCE Chairperson-in-Office hails agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan

OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ann Linde has welcomed the return of 15 Armenian servicemen by Azerbaijan in exchange for a map of minefields, Report informs, citing Linde’s tweet.
“These confidence-building measures can help create an atmosphere for talks under the auspices of Minsk Co-Chairs. Happy to work with Georgia, the US, and the EU,” she said in the tweet.
