"Armenia's claims about the alleged use of phosphorus ammunition by the Azerbaijani Army are baseless," Report says, citing the Azerbaijan Defense Ministry.
"We officially state that there are no weapons and ammunition prohibited by international law in the armament of the Azerbaijani Army. By spreading such groundless reports, Armenia aims to cover up the war crimes committed against the Azerbaijani civilian population," the ministry said.
