Leyla Abdullayeva: Number of landmine victims in Azerbaijan reaches 261

Since 2020 war, the number of landmine victims in Azerbaijan has reached 261, Azerbaijan's newly appointed Ambassador to France Leyla Abdullayeva said on Twitter, according to Report.
"Another innocent victim of landmine planted by Armenia. Since 2020 war number of landmine victims in Azerbaijan reached 261," the diplomat tweeted.
According to ANAMA, Elsavar Hamidov, who was seriously injured on October 21 as a result of a mine explosion in the village of Suarasy, Lachin region, died of his wounds. The second victim, Sabuhi Hasanov, received shrapnel wounds, his condition is assessed as satisfactory.
