Azerbaijani Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov, visited Ganja on October 13.
According to the Western Center of the Report, the Minister inspected the areas where the Armenian army fired rockets in gross violation of the norms and principles of international law and the humanitarian ceasefire. The Minister reviewed the condition of civilian facilities and buildings destroyed as a result of war crimes.
Meeting with the residents, Heydarov noted that the President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, was always close to the Azerbaijani citizen. All measures were taken to ensure the safety of the population and eliminate existing problems.
