Italian embassy extends condolences over death of journalists in Kalbajar

The Italian embassy in Azerbaijan has expressed condolences over the death of journalists Siraj Abishov and Maharram Ibrahimov in a landmine explosion in Kalbajar.

Report informs that the embassy published the due post on its Facebook page.

"We are truly saddened to learn of the death of three people, including one government official and two journalists, Siraj Abishov and Magerram Ibrahimov, due to a landmine in Kelbajar district. The press continues to pay a high price to war and its consequences. Our heartfelt condolences go to their loved ones," the embassy's statement said.
