The problem was resolved as a result of the 44-day war, when no one had any idea how to fix the Karabakh conflict, which remained unresolved for 30 years, said Spokesperson and Chief Advisor to the President of Turkey Ibrahim Kalin, Report informs, citing Haber Global.
"It was an unexpected development. If Turkey and Azerbaijan had declared ten years ago that they would unite for 44 days and the liberation of Karabakh from occupation would be ensured, we would probably all be skeptical about this. The problem of the Caucasus region was resolved in a short time. Thirty years later, Turkey and Armenia are in the process of normalization," he added.
