Upon Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, Shusha was declared cultural capital of Azerbaijan, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev tweeted, Report informs.
Shusha's glory, pride and unique cultural and architectural style is being restored after 30 years long military occupation of Armenia, Hajiyev tweeted.
