Hikmat Hajiyev: We had days when more than 2,400 shells fell on Terter

"Terter is one of the Azerbaijani cities most exposed to shelling by the Armenian armed forces during military operations. There were days when more than 2,400 shells fell on Terter."
Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev, said during a visit to Terter by representatives of the diplomatic corps and heads of international organizations in Azerbaijan, Report informs.
According to him, the Armenian armed forces purposefully bombed the city of Tartar:
"As a result, many civilians were killed and injured. For this purpose, the Armenian armed forces used all types of artillery, including cluster Smerch missiles.
