"This conflict can be resolved by handing over all the occupied territories to Azerbaijan."
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said at a briefing held in Baku on November 12, commenting on the uncertainty over whether the ceasefire agreement would include the liberation of the occupied villages of Gazakh.
He said that a calendar for the withdrawal from the occupied territories had been determined:
"Azerbaijani officials can provide more detailed information on other minor details. But the ultimate goal of the agreement is the liberation of all occupied territories. So far, the Azerbaijani Army has succeeded in a heroic battle, and then it is a matter of diplomacy.
