"Today, our main goal is to resettle IDPs in Karabakh and other liberated areas. We are entering a new stage. In recent days, Armenia has also responded positively," Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the Center of Analysis of International Relations, said at the presentation of the book 'The road to victory in settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.'
"We must always talk about the material and moral damage inflicted on Azerbaijan by Armenia. Many important issues are also reflected in the book we are presenting," he stressed.
