The information spread by the Armenian side about the alleged shelling of Shusha and Khankendi by the Azerbaijan Army is false, MoD told Report.
"We once again state that the Azerbaijan Army never fires at civilians.
Azerbaijan adheres to the humanitarian ceasefire regime," the ministry said.
