Assistant to President speaks about Armenian captives

Assistant to the President, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev told, Report says.
According to him, Armenia also pursues a policy of disseminating fake videos: "Food and other supplies of Armenian prisoners in Azerbaijan, the rules for the treatment with captives are carried out under international law.
