Assistant to President speaks about Armenian captives

"We offered an opportunity for Armenian captives to contact with their families," Assistant to President Hikmat Hajiyev said, Report quotes.
He said that the State Commission for Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons made a statement on the Armenian captives:
"The Republic of Azerbaijan showing its commitment to the Geneva Convention and international humanitarian law, as well as its high moral values, provided necessary medical care two wounded Armenian captives in Azerbaijan. Besides, they were allowed to communicate with their families. The International Committee of the Red Cross has also been informed, and they can keep in touch with the prisoners. "
