"The policy of vandalism and barbarism of Armenia against the Azerbaijani civilian population continues. It is an act of genocide against the Azerbaijani people that we have witnessed since the Khojaly genocide," Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said on his Twitter account.
