Bulbuloglu : All internally displaced persons will be returned to their homeland

"The hot phase of the conflict has just ended. All those who were expelled from lands will return to their homeland." Russian Bureau of Report informs Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation Polad Bulbuloglu said at an online briefing.
"There is a great desire to return to their homeland. People can't wait to go to their native lands. But infrastructure, local authoritiesthere must be created, which is a difficult process. I am sure that everyone who lived there will be happy to return, and those who are not, who have passed away, have children and grandchildren who are looking forward to the opportunity to return to their historical land with great enthusiasm," he said.
