Afghan representative: We congratulate Azerbaijani people on victory

"We visited the liberated territories and witnessed the destruction of settlements. Moreover, we have seen traces of the destruction of Muslim shrines. "
Shafiq Samim, Afghanistan's permanent representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), said at a press conference, Report informs.
"Out state supported the persistent, really prosperous, and fair position of the President of Azerbaijan during the war. As Afghanistan has witnessed the devastation and consequences of the war, we do not wish war on any state or people. We extend our congratulations to the people of Azerbaijan on the Victory and wish them only prosperity, "he said.
