Afghan ambassador congratulates Azerbaijani people

Afghan Ambassador to Azerbaijan Amanullah Jayhoon congratulated the Azerbaijani people on the liberation of the Aghdam region.
According to Report, the diplomat described it as a historic moment:
"The city of Aghdam was freed from 28 years of occupation. The people of Azerbaijan celebrate happy moments. We share the joy of them. We see that the 28-year occupation has come to an end, and the Azerbaijani Army under the command of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, Ilham Aliyev, has liberated districts, cities, settlements, and villages since I came to Azerbaijan. Congratulations to the people and army of Azerbaijan!"
