12 criminal cases initiated on wounding and killing of civilians by Armenians

"The Prosecutor General's Office has launched 12 criminal cases on the wounding and killing of civilians by the Armenian armed forces."
According to Report, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev said during a briefing on the Armenian armed forces' crimes against Azerbaijan's civilian population.
According to him, five criminal cases were initiated in Tartar, 3 in Aghdam, 1 in Jabrayil, 1 in Goranboy, while 2 in Fizuli.
