DOM.RF sold Joseph Stalin's dacha "Lipki-Alekseevskoye" in the Mytishchi district of the Moscow region, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.
It is noted that the only participant and winner was Krasnodar LLC Consulting and Law.
Thus, the companies will provide the asset (lease of about 38 hectares of land and real estate for 3,800 square meters) at an initial price of 403.5 million rubles.
