Colombian citizen wins over $18M in lottery

A resident of Manizales city, the capital of the Caldas department in Colombia, won 69.2 billion pesos ($18,457,059) in the lottery, Report informs referring to Baloto Revancha company, which organizes lotteries in the country.
"Congratulations to the new billionaire who won 69.2 billion pesos," reads a message posted on the company's Twitter page.
This amount has become a record in history.
