Utair planning direct flights from Grozny to Baku for the first time

Utair is planning the first regular flights from Grozny to Baku and Yerevan from May 2022, Report informs, citing TASS that Minister of Transport and Communications of Chechnya Ramzan Cherkhigov.
“It is expected that regular flights between the Chechen capital and Antalya will resume from May 6. Utair also plans to increase the number of flights to Istanbul from two to five a week. In addition, Utair has already applied to the Federal Air Transport Agency to operate regular flights from Grozny to Baku and Yerevan," the source said.
