President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a locomotive depot of Azerbaijan Railways in Ganja, Report informs.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited Ganja on January 30.
The head of state visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of Ganja and laid flowers on it.
