    China plans to reduce carbon emissions to neutral

    "China plans to reduce its carbon emissions to legal levels by 2030 and neutral levels by 2060," said Chinese President Xi Jinping.

    Report informs, citing foreign media, that China is the world's largest carbon dioxide producer, accounting for 28% of global emissions.
