World Championship: Azerbaijani gymnasts qualify for finals in team events

Azerbaijani gymnasts have competed in the team events at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in Kitakyushu, Japan.
The team consisting of Zeynab Hummatova, Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Gullu Agalarzade, and Yelyzaveta Luzan first performed the composition with five balls. They scored 39,600 points in the event.
The team then scored 38,000 points in the event with three hoops and two pairs of clubs. The team ranked 6th with 77,600 points for a total of two performances and advanced to the finals.
The final will take place on October 31.
