Benik Abrahamyan, who represents Georgia in javelin throwing, won't participate in the Tokyo Summer Olympic Games.
Report informs, citing the International Doping-Test Agency, that the Armenian athlete tested positive for dehydrochloromethyl-testosterone, methandienone, and tamoxifen.
The 36-year-old athlete was to join the competition today. However, he is temporarily disqualified for his dubious doping test. The Armenian athlete preserves the right to demand the announcement of B-test results.
Notably, Benik Abrahamyan is the Georgian champion and bronze-winner in indoor spaces.
