Mikayil Jabbarov: Osman Nurmagomedov will get higher medals for Azerbaijan

Freestyle wrestler Osman Nurmagomedov (92 kg) will continue to make Azerbaijan proud with even greater achievements in future competitions, said Mikayil Jabbarov, President of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation (AWF), on social media platform X, according to Report.
Jabbarov congratulated Nurmagomedov on winning a bronze medal at the World Wrestling Championships held in Zagreb, Croatia.
"Our national team continues to achieve success at the World Championships in Zagreb. Experienced team member and freestyle wrestler Osman Nurmagomedov (92 kg) has claimed a bronze medal. We congratulate Osman, his coaches, and his family on this achievement. This marks the fourth time he has reached the podium at a world championship. We believe that he will make us proud with even higher honors in the future," the AWF head stated.
Azerbaijan's freestyle wrestling team earned four medals at the championship:
