Madat Guliyev: Most of participants in Tour d'Azerbaidjan were foreigners

"Yes, such a tournament was organized before. But most of the athletes and organizers were foreigners," President of the Azerbaijan Bicycle Federation Madat Guliyev told Report while talking about resuming Tour d'Azerbaidjan.
He said that, unlike that race, the judges and volunteers of the "Dear Shusha" international bicycle race are Azerbaijanis: "This is exactly what we have achieved today. We just invited the chief judge from the Netherlands. Because this competition is held for the first time. When he met me yesterday, he said that everything was at a high level. We want to hold this tournament every year."
