Azerbaijan hosts 3rd meeting of Organizing Committee for III CIS Games

The 3rd meeting of the Organizing Committee for the III CIS Games was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Samir Sharifov.

According to Report, presentations on the preparation work for the games by the Baku City Circuit Operating Company under the Ministry of Youth and Sports were heard at the event.

At the same time, information was provided about the ongoing preparations across a wide range of operational domains, including airport services, transportation, security, staff uniforms, accreditation, branding, event planning, awards, ticketing systems, logistics, catering, cleaning, and waste management.

Additional areas covered included administrative operations, human resources and workforce coordination, the III CIS Games volunteer program, venue management, media and communications, IT and broadcasting, sports operations, the organization of opening and closing ceremonies, and the overall readiness of sports facilities for the games.
