"When we were in Khankendi hospital, Khosrovyan tied a prisoner named Panah Isgandarov to a bed and beat him," said Cahid Hasanov, who was a captive in Armenia during the First Karabakh War, said in his testimony at the court trial on the case of Armenian servicemen Ludwig Mkrtichyan and Khosrovyan Alyosha Aramaisovich, who are charged with subjecting Azerbaijanis to brutal torture.
"In April, I was taken to Shusha prison. I saw that both Mkrtichyan and Khosrovyan were torturing Panah. Mkrtichyan had boxing gloves, and he treated us as a punching bag. There was a man from Russia who was seized by Armenians in the battles of Azerbaijan. Armenians shot and killed him," he added.
