Excavator hits mine in Azerbaijan's Aghdam

An excavator hit a mine in the Novruzlu village of Azerbaijan’s Aghdam district, Report informs with reference to a joint release by the country’s Internal Affairs Ministry, the Prosecutor General's Office and the Mine Action Agency (ANAMA).
The excavator hit an anti-personnel mine in an uncleared area. There were no casualties.
An investigation into the incident is underway at the Aghdam District Prosecutor's Office.
