Deputy minister: Azerbaijani firefighters battled with fire at strategically important thermal power plants

On the instruction of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the firefighting and rescue services of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched to fraternal Turkey successfully continue their work to contain the forest fires.
Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Etibar Mirzayev said speaking to local journalists in Mugla that Azerbaijani firefighters do their utmost to put out the fire at strategically important thermal electric power plants.
"Our employees have successfully contained the fire at thermal power plants in Kemerkoy, Yenikoy, Yumagli, Yilanli, Koycehiz, Aydin, Akchaoba in Mugla," the official said.
