Azerbaijan and Malaysia discussed cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), Report informs with reference to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
The discussions took place during a meeting between the Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev and the visiting Malaysian Minister of Communications Datuk Ahmad Fahmi Mohamed Fadzil in Baku.
During the meeting, an agreement was reached on cooperation, especially on exchanging experience in the field of 5G, data centers and digital economy, as well as on sending Azerbaijani specialists to Malaysia in the near future for this purpose.
