“It is a criminal offense for a citizen to receive a fake COVID certificate, and it is also a crime for a healthcare provider issuing it. Such people are playing a deadly lottery and endanger other people’s lives,” First Deputy Healthcare Minister Teymur Musayev said in an interview with Real TV, Report informs.
He noted that this is the work of law enforcement agencies, not the healthcare ministry: “Their tough actions will support us.”
