Azerbaijan records 1,831 new coronavirus cases

The number of new coronavirus cases in Azerbaijan has reached 1,831, while 545 patients have been discharged from healthcare facilities upon recovery.
Report informs citing the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers that 27 people who tested positive for COVID-19 have died.
Overall, the country has reported 256,201 cases, 236,151 recoveries and 3,491 fatalities throughout the pandemic. The number of active cases makes 16,559.
Over the past day, Azerbaijan conducted 10,590 tests, bringing their total number to 2,837,044.
