Azerbaijan is lifting requirement of wearing masks outdoors from May 31, Azerbaijani presidential aide - Head of the Department of Economic Affairs and Innovative Development Policy of the Presidential Administration Shahmar Movsumov said at a briefing of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, Report informs.
