F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix trophy dedicated to 'Land of Fire'

The official trophy for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix has been dedicated to Azerbaijan's national identity as the "Land of Fire."

According to Report, the Baku City Circuit Operations Company stated that the trophy features a renewed design and will be presented to the winners on the final race day.

Designed by the world-renowned firm Pininfarina, the trophy symbolizes Azerbaijan's reputation as the "Land of Fire." Its standout feature is its flame-inspired shape. The sides of the trophy are adorned with patterns drawn from Azerbaijan's rich carpet-weaving traditions.

These motifs, inspired by the famous "Khan Karabakh" design, represent speed, motion, and continuity-capturing the dynamic spirit of Formula 1 while blending it with national heritage.

The Azerbaijan Grand Prix began today and will conclude on September 21.
