Humanitarian step by Azerbaijan serves progress in region, US ambassador says

The United States welcomes the release of 15 Armenian citizens detained by Azerbaijan during the conflict, said US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan.
Report's local bureau informs that Degnan praised Georgia's role in the process: "These steps serve to ensure stability and progress in the region. It is also an indicator of the joint work of the three countries in the region. The United States is proud of such a successful outcome. "
