The guests first arrived in the city, where many people were killed and injured, and where huge destructions occurred as a result of the Armenian terrorist attack on October 11. The delegation members laid flowers at the devastated area in honor of the fallen civilians.
Armenians fired Tochka-U, Smerch, Scud, and other missiles at night in various densely populated areas of Ganja. The purpose of the attack was to kill a large number of civilians.
