Turkish vice president: Middle Corridor strengthens links between OTS countries

The Middle Corridor is a strategic route that strengthens supply chains, diversifies trade, and reinforces ties among the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

According to Report, Türkiye's Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz made the statement at the second meeting of heads of government and vice presidents of OTS member states in Baku.

He noted that Turkey, with its extensive road and rail network, is one of the corridor's key participants.

Yılmaz also emphasized that the development of transport corridors, simplification of customs procedures, and facilitation of trade are closely interconnected. He proposed holding joint meetings of relevant bodies and involving private sector representatives to achieve common goals.
