Turkish MFA: There is a need for a result that will ensure permanent peace in the entire region

The positive or negative effects of events in the region are a strategic reality, a source in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye told Anadolu, Report informs.
An authorized diplomat of the ministry, who did not disclose his name, said that the official goal and purpose of Ankara is not only the normalization of Turkiye-Armenia or Azerbaijan-Armenia relations: "We want to ensure regional stability. There is a need for a result that will ensure permanent peace in the entire region."
The diplomat also said that the phone conversations between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan were constructive.
