Trilateral contacts between Türkiye-Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan and Türkiye-Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan are held regularly, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told Lider Haber TV, Report informs.
He said that meetings at different levels are held within these formats:
"Our goal is to strengthen cooperation in this region. Our ties with Iran are known. We don't want to spoil relations with anyone. Our drivers prefer transportation from Azerbaijan rather than from Iran. Because Iran creates problems for us, and Azerbaijan makes gestures."
According to Cavusoglu, Azerbaijan's role in the region cannot be ignored.
